Any other refund is done in accordance with our refund policy and in our sole discretion. Change of mind refunds are not offered.
Cancellation of a booked session or swapping into another EMDR Group Consultation session is possible with 7 days notice. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice forfeit the whole registration fee.
