We try to ensure our services are provided with due care and skill, and we at all times abide by the Australian Consumer Protection legislation with respect to any refund. Any other refund is done in accordance with our refund policy and in our sole discretion. Change of mind refunds are not offered.
Cancellation of a booked session or swapping into another EMDR Group Consultation session is possible with 7 days notice. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice forfeit the whole registration fee.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital / instant use nature of this product, no refunds are offered. This includes if you change your mind or make a decision down the track to leave the profession. However, if you have any issues accessing the course, please email me so my team can assist.
